The Development Triangle
Traditional mentorship focuses solely on the youth. Our model connects and actively supports all three participants in the ecosystem.
1. The Young Person
Receives character modeling, emotional intelligence training, financial literacy, academic tutoring, and career exposure.

The Eight-Continuity Pipeline
Each stage contains defined deliverables and exit criteria so no participant falls through the cracks.
STAGE 01
Exposure
Initial engagement through youth camps, school assemblies, community events, and leadership development experiences for girls and boys.
KEY DELIVERABLES:
Interactive workshops introducing core character concepts
Introduction to high-expectation positive peer culture
Direct caregiver informational breakout session
STAGE 02
Enrollment
Family enters the continuing-development pathway with mutual commitment.
KEY DELIVERABLES:
Caregiver and participant signed pledge of commitment
Orientation on program expectations and scheduling
Background check and safety protocols review
STAGE 03
Assessment
Youth and caregiver complete holistic needs, academic, and financial assessments.

Academic baseline and school attendance analysis
Emotional strengths and behavioral self-evaluations
Family household financial readiness survey
STAGE 04
Mentor Match
Participant is paired with a rigorously screened and trained male mentor.

Multi-point background check and professional vetting
Shared career interests and personality alignment
Facilitated introductory meeting with caregiver present

Development
Structured 12-month development curriculum with monthly milestone checkpoints.

Bi-weekly mentor contact and monthly in-person excursions
Quarterly Leadership & Financial Literacy Workshops
Continuous caregiver check-ins through The Mother's Circle
STAGE 06
Leadership
Qualified participants advance to Junior Leaders and peer ambassadors.

Public speaking and civic representation training
Co-facilitation of junior workshops for younger cohorts
Leadership certification upon milestone completion
STAGE 07
Alumni
Graduates retain ongoing access to college scholarships, internships, and careers.

College application and financial aid (FAFSA) assistance
Direct resume submission to corporate hiring partners
Lifelong network of brothers and professional advisors
