WHO WE ARE

Our Story & Leadership

Our Story & Leadership

THE ORIGIN

How Two Powerful Journeys Converged

The Next Chapter Foundation was born when Frank Hallum’s extensive experience in male mentorship, youth leadership camps, and rites-of-passage work joined forces with Brittany Gibbs’ firsthand experience in motherhood, widowhood, business leadership, financial empowerment, and dedicated family advocacy.

Frank saw hundreds of young men ignited with hope during summer summits, only to stumble months later because no structured system was in place to guide them daily. Meanwhile, Brittany witnessed mothers and caregivers pouring everything into their sons while carrying immense emotional, financial, and logistical burdens alone.

"When you mentor a young man in isolation from his mother and household, you solve only half the equation. When you build the boy and strengthen the mother together, you transform an entire generation."
